Halter Ego® wants you to love your purchase as much as we do! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, Halter Ego will accept unworn merchandise with the tags still attached (if applicable) and in original packaging within 14 days of the received date for a full credit or refund.

The item(s) must be in original purchase state to qualify for exchange or store credit -- If you receive any FREE gifts as part of a promo, the gifts will need to be returned in original condition along with the purchased product OR the gifts can be purchased at FULL PRICE*

Halter Ego does not refund any shipping and handling fees related to your purchase or return. We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, without this, you may not be able to confirm that we have received your shipped item.
Items returned after 14 days, and within 30 days of purchase, will be eligible for store credit equal to the value of the original purchase. Store credit must be used within 1 year of the date granted, and cannot be used/combined with sale prices, or other discount codes.
Custom Ordered items are NOT eligible for return.
**If you provide us with measurements for a custom item, and the item does not fit due to the measurements provided being incorrect, we are happy to work with you to make your custom item fit - however a 50% fee of the item cost will apply.
Please Note: We cannot issue credit, refund your purchase, or ship replacement items until returned item(s) have been received and examined. If a replacement is needed by a certain date, please contact us to process a new order to ensure that your replacement arrives on time.
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a Refund Notification via email and the order amount will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to post.
All returns are subject to review and will only be accepted if the item is in as-new condition, and within our maximum 30 day return/exchange period. If the item(s) are not returned in their original condition, or otherwise agreed upon in writing, a return, refund or exchange may be declined, or the refund/credit may be subject to a restocking fee when refunding/crediting the order. This charge is at our discretion but is usually 15% of the item price.

You may exchange an item for a different size or color, but not for another product. If Halter Ego is unable to provide the size or color you require, you will be contacted and offered another size or color, or a refund of your money. For exchanges, please make it clear which size you require.
Refunds and Claims
Please notify us in regard to orders that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival within 14 days of date delivered. If you notify us after 14 days have passed, we may not be able to take any further action, other than under exceptional circumstances.
Items reported as defective will be inspected in accordance to the manufacturers' warranty criteria and determined if the issue was a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
The right to obtain a refund is valid where products have been found to be damaged, faulty or incomplete upon delivery. Shopping online is always difficult due to being able to only see an image on a monitor that may display colors differently, and not being able to touch, feel, see or try on the product. We reserve the right to have minor differences in product colors and details. We do our best to display images with accurate colors and if further information is necessary about a product, we will always do our best to provide such information. However, we cannot be held liable for items being not an exact match to images, in a different packaging than expected, or being different to one’s expectations. If you have any doubts regarding these details (also regarding embroidery orders), we advise you to contact us @ email@example.com before placing an order. Minor product detail differences and slight changes in color do not justify a claim that the item is defective.

Lost and Stolen Items
All packages are shipped with tracking and insurance. If your package is lost during transit in any stage of delivery, return, or exchange, we are not liable for replacing or refunding the items. Claims for any items lost can be placed with the relevant courier/postal service used and we will support you in any such claims you may wish to make with any relevant information that we have.
