We ship using USPS or UPS. For international we offer DHL as well.

We typically ship within 24 hours of your order Monday - Friday.
Orders placed by 1pm PST typically ship same day. Exceptions to that include custom items or browbands that need to be made as that requires more time for the crystals to cure.
Orders placed on the weekend will ship on Monday.
Depending on where you live, ground shipping can take 3-7 business days.
If you need to receive your order urgently, please select Priority, Overnight, or Next Day delivery options.
You will be provided with tracking information when the item ships.
Please let us know if you need to receive an item by a specific date and we will let you know which shipping service is most likely to get it to you by then.

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please track the shipment using the tracking information provided and contact the carrier directly.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather, or other foreseen circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to initiate a lost package investigation. If your order included shipping insurance through Shipinsure, you may also file a claim directly through them for potential reimbursement.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping and billing information is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages being sent to an inaccurate address.

Custom or special order items are not eligible for return or refund, but we work with each customer to ensure they are happy with their purchase.

If you provide us with measurements for a custom item and the item does not fit due to the measurements being incorrect, we are happy to work with you to make your custom item fit - however a 50% fee of the item cost will apply.

Browbands: If we have the browband channel and crystals already in-stock then it takes about 2-3 days to make. Otherwise it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
Bridles: 12 weeks
Boots: 12 weeks
Note that these are average lead times and during holiday or other peak busy seasons, shipping times will be longer.

Yes, most of the time. We can definitely rush items and are happy to do so to get you whatever you need in time for your show. Please let us know if any custom items need to be rushed.
