Halter Ego Return Policy

Halter Ego wants you to love your purchase as much as we do! If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. We offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Sales items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return, if a clearance item needs to be exchanged the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
  1. Login to our online return center using your email address and order ID. Start Your Return
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

  • We will process you return within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to show up on your account.
  • Return shipping for exchanges or store credits is free in the U.S.! For refunds we subtract the cost of return shipping from your refund.
  • Any returns past 30 days are considered on a case by case basis and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Custom items are not generally eligible for refunds. But they are handled on a case by case basis as we always strive to do what’s best for our customers.

Lost and Stolen Items

All packages are shipped with tracking and insurance. Claims for any lost items can be placed with the relevant postal service and we will support you with any relevant information that we have.
