Halter Ego Return Policy

Halter Ego wants you to love your purchase as much as we do! If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. We offer returns or exchanges on full priced items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Policy Details Below:

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, in original packaging and with tags attached.
  • Bridles, halters, browbands and related leather goods are shipped in protective, padded packaging, as such, these items must be returned in the same packaging to prevent damage.  Any of these items returned without packaging and if damaged will not be eligible for refund, return or exchange.
  • Every order is carefully and fully inspected for defects or damage before packing. We recommend against using scissors or any other sharp tools to open your shipment and items items that are cut or damaged during opening will not be eligible for a return or exchange and no refund will be issued.
  • Items that show any signs of wear including makeup and deodorant marks or that smell of perfume/deodorant or have traces of animal hair, sweat, dander, grime etc will not be eligible for return or exchange and no refund will be issued.  
  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 72 hours of receipt, Monday - Friday.  We are closed on weekends. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to show up on your account.
  • Pre-paid return shipping labels are only provided for exchanges on full priced purchases and in the U.S.A only.
  • Return shipping on items purchased on sale or discounted is the customer's responsibility should Halter Ego® agree to accept the return.
  • For refunds we subtract the original shipping cost and any cost of return shipping from your refund.
  • Any returns past 30/14 days are considered on a case by case basis and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Custom items are not eligible for refunds. But they are handled on a case by case basis as we always strive to do what’s best for our customers
  • If you need to exchange afull priceditem for a different size, we offer 1 (one) pre-paid return shipping label. If a second exchange is needed -- the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping labels expire 20 days after they are generated.
  • Items bought on sale are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
  • Clearance / Closeout / End Of Collection items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, store credit or refund.
    • When possible, depending on product availability, we will exchange the same product for a different size. The customer is responsible for paying all associated shipping costs.

This policy is only applicable for purchases through the Halter Ego® website. If you purchase a product through a retailer that carries Halter Ego® you must contact them directly for returns/exchanges. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
  1. Login to our online return center using your email address and order ID. Start Your Return
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided within 20 days.

Lost and Stolen Items

All packages are shipped with tracking and insurance. Claims for any lost items can be placed with the relevant postal service and we will support you with any relevant information that we have.

Gift Cards

Purchases of Gift Cards in any format (digital or physical) are non-refundable.
