Shipping
We ship from Los Angeles CA.
We ship using USPS or UPS. For international we offer DHL as well.
We typically ship within 24 hours of your order Monday - Friday.
Orders placed by 12 noon PST typically ship same day. Exceptions to that include custom items or browbands that need to be made as that requires more time for the crystals to cure.
Orders placed on the weekend will ship on Monday.
Depending on where you live, ground shipping can take 3-7 business days.
If you need to receive your order urgently, please select Priority, Overnight, or Next Day delivery options.
You will be provided with tracking information when the item ships.
Please let us know if you need to receive an item by a specific date and we will let you know which shipping service is most likely to get it to you by then.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to initiate a lost package investigation. If your order included shipping insurance through Shipinsure, you may also file a claim directly through them for potential reimbursement.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping and billing information is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages being sent to an inaccurate address.
Refunds/Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item, you can go to our easy to use Return Center.
For all other Return/Exchange questions, please refer to our Return Policy.
Custom Orders
Custom or special order items are not eligible for return or refund, but we work with each customer to ensure they are happy with their purchase.
If you provide us with measurements for a custom item and the item does not fit due to the measurements being incorrect, we are happy to work with you to make your custom item fit - however a 50% fee of the item cost will apply.
Custom lead times depend on the item and the materials and details required for your specific design.
Browbands: If we already have your selected browband channel and crystals in stock, we can typically complete your browband in 2–3 days.
If we need to source specific crystals, channels or other components, timing will depend on availability and manufacturer lead times. We’ll confirm the estimated production timeline once we’ve received an ETA from our suppliers.
Custom Bridles: Approximately 12 weeks
Custom Boots: Approximately 12 weeks
These are average lead times rather than hard-and-fast production times. Some custom pieces have been completed in just a few weeks when we already had the required leathers, trims, hardware and other components on hand.
More complex designs can take longer—particularly if we need to source limited-edition leathers or specialty trims, create custom-printed leather, match specific piping or hardware, source unusual crystals, or have custom-shaped cupchains created for a particular crystal design.
In other words, the more custom the custom, the more the timeline can vary!
Holiday and peak-season production can also add additional time. If you need your item for a specific show, event or date, please let us know when placing your order so we can advise you on the anticipated lead time.
Yes—most of the time! Because our custom pieces are truly made to order, we may need to source limited-edition leathers, specialty trims, hardware or crystals, custom-print leather, or color-match piping and other details specifically for your design. Those extra steps can take time.
If you have a specific date you need your item by, let us know before placing your order and we’ll confirm whether we can accommodate it. Rush orders are subject to availability and an additional rush fee.
