Shipping Policy

Free US Shipping* On Orders $199+
We offer free standard shipping on US orders of $199 or more. Free shipping applies to orders within the continental United States only. **Oversized items (such as riding boots) are excluded from this offer.
Where We Ship From
We primarily ship from California, but on occasion your order may be fulfilled from another location.
Packaging
Bridles, halters, browbands, and other leather goods are carefully packed in protective, padded packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS and UPS for domestic orders. For international orders, we can also offer DHL.

Processing & Delivery Times
We typically ship orders within 24 hours, Monday–Friday. Orders placed by 1:00 PM PST on a business day generally ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends will ship on the following Monday.
Please note the following exceptions:
- Custom items and custom browbands require additional processing time, as the crystals must cure before shipping. We'll keep you updated on your order timeline.
Once shipped, delivery via ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Need your order by a specific date? Please select Priority, Overnight, or Next Day Air at checkout — or reach out to us before placing your order and we'll help you choose the best shipping option to meet your deadline.
Tracking
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Please use this information to monitor your delivery.
Package Protection
We offer ShipInsure package protection at checkout and strongly encourage all customers to take advantage of this service. ShipInsure provides coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, giving you peace of mind from the moment your order leaves our hands.
What If My Order Is Taking Longer Than Expected?
If your order is taking longer than expected, please first track your shipment using the tracking number provided. If you need further assistance, contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or DHL).
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly with any disputes over delivery time.
If there is anything we can do on our end to help you locate your order, please feel free to reach out to us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Contact the shipping carrier to initiate a lost package investigation.
- If you purchased ShipInsure at checkout, you may also file a claim directly through ShipInsure for potential reimbursement.
Wrong Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.
